Looking for a variety of fresh seafood, including lobsters, clams, crabs, shrimp, a variety of fish, made from scratch salads, homemade soup and chowder (seasonally) or a delicious Friday night dinner …  then check out Ontario Seafood, 1864 Route 104, next to the Fireman’s Exempt Field in Ontario.   Owned and operated by local businesswoman Amy DeMay, assisted by 5 family members, since November 2021, Ontario Seafood is open Tuesday – Thursday 10-6, Friday 10-7, Saturday 10-5 and closed on Sunday/Monday.  Fresh seafood is handpicked on weekly trips to NYC, Boston, and Maine.

As an entrepreneur, Amy realized a lot of people like fresh seafood and a good variety of fresh never frozen fish, and there wasn’t any place local to purchase.   She saw a need and decided to fill it.   It may cost a little more, but her customers find it’s worth it.
