Bear Creek Bloom began in August 2019 with the purchase of a small farm that included some small farm animals including chickens and pigs. Soon one greenhouse was added for annuals, perennials, and vegetable plants which led to a roadside stand. The roadside stand soon proved to be very productive and another 1500 square foot greenhouse was constructed in 2023 plus additional parking space for customers and a small store. The growth continues with more greenhouses and the introduction of chicken and livestock feed now being offered through Keystone Mills Feed. The Fall season presents a wide selection of pumpkins, mums and fall fun.
Bear Creek Bloom supports the local community through offering fundraising opportunities. Currently, they have Mum plants for sale that will support the Gananda/Marion Soccer Teams and allows each student to earn great prizes. All plants need to be picked up by September 13th – 14th by 6 p.m.
